N.J. home health care company names new CEO

Care Finders Total Care LLC, a New Jersey-based home health care company, announced Tuesday that its board of directors has named Kevin Rogers as its new CEO.

Rogers has 24 years of experience at some of the largest health care companies in New Jersey and New York.

In this role, Rogers will be responsible for the company’s growth.

It is a privilege to be part of an organization that delivers high quality services to those in need, develops the most committed and well trained caregivers, and does its part to improve the outcomes for better care, so that patients can live comfortably and with dignity in their own homes,” Rogers said in a prepared statement. “We are an organization led by a purpose — to make a positive, meaningful impact that matters to everyone that CareFinders touches. I will do my best to serve our patients with the same passion as all our caregivers and employees by enabling them to fulfill their mission to make a difference.”

Rogers most recently was the chief administrative officer of Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Prior to that, he was the chief financial officer at the Visiting Nurses Association Health Group and Patient Care Inc. He started his career at Deloitte and Touche.
