Chances are you’ve never even thought about home healthcare until today

We’re sure you have plenty of questions (including what questions to ask!) Here are some of the most commons ones…

1 How is CareFinders Total Care different?

We are offering a complete and connected system of “Total Care” built around the patient's ever-changing needs. This seamless in-home care provides superior comfort for the patient, more convenience for the family and greater peace of mind for everyone.

2 What is "Total Care"?

Total Care is much more than a CHHA showing up a few times a week. It is a whole team of professionals – registered nurses, social workers, certified aides – working together to provide thorough and thoughtful care. In fact, every 60 days, our supervising RNs visit each patient to assess their condition. Additionally, Total Care is a holistic approach to health care, believing that prevention and maintenance are just as important as recovery. Last, but not least, Total Care means attending to the emotional needs of the patient – as well as the patient’s family.  We nurture a culture of caring where patients are safe and comfortable – and families feel confident.

3 My Dad has very specific needs. How do we make sure we get the "right" aide?

Before we send an aide to your home, one of our Registered Nurses will perform an in-home visit and analysis. She will determine the level of care your Dad requires– and assign an appropriate aide accordingly. Also, we have a unique compatibility matching process where we interview patients to determine each individual's needs, likes, interests and cultural sensitivities.

4 We've never done this before. We're nervous.

It’s OK to be nervous. After all, we’re talking about care for your parent, spouse or child. We understand. But rest assured that CareFinders is one of the largest, most trusted services in New Jersey. We're CAHC-accredited. And all of our aides are trained, screened, and licensed by the NJ Board of Nursing.

5 My mother only speaks Spanish. Is that a problem?

No. Many of our aides are bilingual. We'll try to make sure your aide speaks the right language, be it English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian or Korean.

6 What type of payment does CareFinders accept?

CareFinders accepts Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and self or private pay. Our Care Professionals will help customize a care plan to fit your personal budget and needs. We believe everyone deserves proper home care, regardless of their financial situation.
