Since 1995, CareFinders has lovingly provided care and understanding to our members. With our local community knowledge, higher clinical standards, and unrivaled expertise, it’s no wonder more than 5,000 families trust us to care for their loved ones.
We are honored to become a visitor in our member’s home. Before we connect an aide to become a part of a member’s care team, one of our registered nurses will perform an in-home visit. During this visit, our nurse will take into consideration a member’s health needs, hobbies, interests, and cultural sensitivities to ensure the right aide is matched correctly with the member.
Our aides and caregivers provide personalized services tailored to those who wish to receive care at home. From activities of daily living to helping manage living conditions, we meet individuals where they are every day.
We offer private duty nursing for medical conditions that require professional care. Our registered nurses and licensed practical nurses offer a variety of hi-tech, skilled services as directed by our members physician.
For care that deserves professional training, our team of trained aides and registered nurses offer additional and enhanced capabilities to keep our members comfortably at home.
That is why CareFinders accepts several different payment options. From private pay and long-term care insurance to governmental assistance, we’ll help you find the solution that is right for you.
CareFinders has developed a Patient Pandemic Program that provides our caregivers with full personal protective equipment (PPE), infection control training, in-depth health and safety protocols, and contact tracing.
