CareFinders Total Care is thrilled to announce our entry into the city of Perth Amboy with the launch of our first Caregiver R&R Center on March 7th.  We were honored and excited to have Perth Amboy Mayor Wilda Diaz on hand for this important ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The CFTC Resource & Recruitment Center (R&R) is a first for the Homecare industry. As the largest and fastest growing provider of PCA services in NJ, CF created this innovative Center to visibly demonstrate our commitment to serve the needs of our current dedicated CF caregivers, while inspiring and attracting the caregivers of tomorrow.

CEO Jim Robinson says, “These one-of-a-kind R&R centers, unique to CareFinders, are designed to provide the support caregivers need. They offer career advice, courses and enhanced training. It’s a place for caregivers to stop by and learn about job openings, advancement opportunities, and new benefits. Or, just to come in and relax. They deserve it.”
Mayor Diaz acknowledged the mutual benefits of this project: it helps find jobs for some of her citizens and provides home care for others.

And this is all just the beginning. CareFinders plans to roll out more Resource & Recruitment Centers soon in West New York, Passaic and more!
