Total Care is much more than a caregiver showing up a few times a week. It is a whole team of professionals – registered nurses, social workers, certified aides – working together to provide thorough and thoughtful care. In fact, every 60 days, our supervising RNs visit each patient to assess their condition. Additionally, Total Care is a holistic approach to health care, believing that prevention and maintenance are just as important as recovery. Last, but not least, Total Care means attending to the emotional needs of the patient – as well as the patient’s family. We nurture a culture of caring where patients are safe and comfortable – and families feel confident.
Before we send an aide to your home, one of our Registered Nurses will perform an in-home visit and analysis. She will determine the level of care your Dad requires– and assign an appropriate aide accordingly. Also, we have a unique compatibility matching process where we interview patients to determine each individual’s needs, likes, interests and cultural sensitivities.

Many of our aides are bilingual. We’ll try to make sure your aide speaks the right language, be it English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian or Korean.
We believe everyone deserves proper home care, regardless of their financial situation. So, CareFinders accepts Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and self or private pay. Our Care Professionals will help customize a care plan to fit your personal budget and needs.
