Founded in 1995

Founded in 1995, CareFinders is headquartered in New Jersey. Today, we are the largest home health care provider in the state. We have 20 offices, including 3 Resource & Recruitment Centers, serving 19 of the state’s 21 counties. Each of our 5000 caregivers is certified by CAHC, New Jersey’s Commission on Accreditation for home care.

We're a Modivcare Service

CareFinders is a service of Modivcare, a large healthcare organization leading the transformation to better connect people with care. Modivcare serves the most underserved by facilitating non-emergency medical transportation, remote patient monitoring, meal delivery, and personal and home care to enable greater access to care, reduce costs, and improve outcomes.
