John C. Cornell recently joined CareFinders as our Senior Vice President of M&A Integration. In his new position with CareFinders, John will assist in driving the successful integration of our acquired companies to maximize growth potential and optimize performance, particularly as we expand our operations in Pennsylvania, Connecticut and other states. John will be responsible for the planning, implementing, and managing of all financial and operational activities related to the integration of our acquired businesses and will assist the M&A team in all aspects of due diligence and transaction activities. John will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to monitor post-closing performance to help drive scale and growth, maximize synergies, and identify value creation opportunities. He will be a member of the Operational Leadership Team.
John comes to us from serving as the Chief Financial Officer for a group of companies that spanned multiple industries including fitness franchising, web-design & marketing and consulting. Prior to that, John worked at Cablevision Systems Inc., where he was a Director on the programming acquisition team in support of senior management’s efforts to optimize programming contract negotiation results across the $1+ billion dollar portfolio of programming contracts. In addition, John worked at CohnReznick LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP where he provided M&A transaction advisory and attest services for some of the firm’s largest private equity and corporate clients.
John earned a B.S. in both Accounting & Finance from the Villanova School of Business and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
