We had over 185 employees attend the Holiday Party this year and by all accounts, a great time was had by all.

For those of you who could not make it, we announced the winner of First Annual Linda Mintz and Sanford Hausner New Vision in Home Care Award – the winner was Radica Hassall, Clinical Manager.

Thank you to all the employees that sent in nominations because it was a difficult decision – in fact, I envision many of these same individuals being winners in future years. We had 30 nominations with several individual receiving multiple nominations but Radica stood out.

A few excerpts from the individuals who nominated Radica:

“As a new employee of CareFinders Total Care, I was oriented to my position by Radica.  I observed her compassion and professionalism during interaction with clients and their families. Through the entire orientation process, she remained calm, reassuring and helpful. Radica provided me with valuable information, tools, tips and the hands-on training necessary in order for me to effectively perform my job. I was certain by witnessing her, that I’d made the right decision by accepting the position and joining the CareFinders Total Care team.  After my orientation ended, Radica continued to assist me in temporarily maintaining the role of Clinical Manager so that I could become comfortable and grounded in my new position.” 

“Radica or as I would call her (Florence Nightingale) has demonstrated what Excellence in Care, Commitment, and Compassion are.  She is the epitome of Flawless Execution.”

“She has risen beyond the expected and takes Clinical to greater levels. She has effortlessly taken on every Acquisition that Linda & Sandy bring to the table.  She travels way beyond the normal to transition each client and ensures no interruption in services.  She has mentored New Nurses to the company and follows up to ensure Excellence.   Her approach is always gentle and the smile on her face is pure sunshine.  I admire her work ethic and the support she brings to the offices she helps.” 

“An Excellent nurse, a great colleague, a person you can always count on, dedicated to her patients, loyal to the company, very nice personality, great communication skills, and always ready to go the extra mile if needed.” 

“Radica is the perfect example of a team player. She never once complained we were asking for too much. She never complained about helping in four offices and always has a positive attitude with our staff and better yet our clients.  We hear nothing but positive comments from our client.”
