On October 23rd, CareFinders participated in the Home Care and Hospice Association of New Jersey annual Home Health Aide Recognition Day.  This organization recognizes and awards deserving caregivers for their performance.  The fun event took place West Long Branch, NJ.

The good news is: 24 different CareFinders CHHAs throughout our New Jersey locations were recognized.  Our employees were nominated by staff members in 3 categories:

Rookie of the Year – Awarded to an individual who has been a certified Home Health Aide for less than two years but has already exhibited excellence and growth in their role

Home Health Aide of the Year – Awarded to the Certified Home Health Aide who has demonstrated excellence, leadership and compassion throughout their career

Years of Service – Recognizing caregivers who achieve certain service mile markers:  Up to  5, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years. See below for our list of winners. Congratulations to all!
