Our leaders share two traits: success in their fields and a deep personal commitment to making home care a better, happier option.

Executive Leadership

Jim Robinson

Chief Executive Officer

Jim’s passion for senior care is innate and profound. When his own mother needed assistance, quality home care made a huge difference to her – and his entire family.

Now, for over 30 years, Jim has been a national leader in home care management, always on the leading edge of healthcare innovation. Prior to joining CareFinders, Jim served as CEO of National Spine & Pain Centers, part of the largest network of Interventional Pain Management practices in the US.  Before that, Jim was an Executive with Amedisys, the nation’s leading provider of healthcare at-home services.

More than just an industry expert, Jim is a transformational thinker with an ability to energize and inspire. Since joining CareFinders, he has accelerated the company’s explosive growth, expanding from one state to three.  “Our goal is simple,” says Jim, “we want to provide better experiences for our patients and our caregivers – in order to improve their lives.

Jim has a BA with Academic Distinction from Connecticut College and an MBA from Harvard University.

Martha Stuart Williams

Chief Operating Officer

Martha developed her passion for caregiving early in life, working in her mother’s home care company. “As a young girl, I can remember going on home visits with the caregivers, witnessing firsthand the impact they have on people’s lives. Seeing a client’s face light up when a caregiver walked in taught me that we are often the most important people in our patients’ lives. Now, at CareFinders, we’re on a mission to help others and I’m honored to lead our incredible caring teams across three states.”

Dr. Williams is a national leader in Post-Acute care with more than a decade of C-Suite experience. Prior to CareFinders, Martha was at Homecare Homebase, a software company helping home care providers leverage technology to improve their operating models. Before that, she held a number of executive leadership positions at Amedisys.

Martha received her MS and PhD in Human Resources & Leadership from Louisiana State University. (Go Tigers!) Martha’s positive spirit and high energy serve her well in her own home, where she and her husband are raising four children.

 

Erika Duncan

Chief People Officer

Many individuals claim to be a “people person.” But, for Erika Duncan, it is actually her title. Our first ever Chief People Officer, Erika brings over 20 years of success in the healthcare industry.

In her most recent role as Chief Human Resource Officer at Trinity Health’s Northeast group, Erika was responsible for strategic planning, change management and transformational leadership at multiple hospitals and care locations, leading over 30,000 healthcare employees. Prior to Trinity, Erika held several executive roles at large organizations including Metro Health and Spectrum Health. where she led talent management, employee relations, WFM, plus compensation and benefits programs for 16,000+ employees.

At CareFinders, she is building a unique employee experience and culture in order to recruit and retain the most qualified workforce in the home care industry. The only thing greater than Erika’s passion for people, is her passion for quality healthcare to keep those people safe. Originally from Michigan, Erika earned a BA from Grand Valley State University and a Masters from Aquinas College. She and her family are moving to the New Jersey area from Syracuse.

Glenn Williams

Chief Financial Officer

Glenn believes deeply that the Finance Department is at the core of any successful organization in the healthcare industry. He is enthusiastically committed to integrating people and technologies for greater results.

Having joined CFTC in 2020, Glenn oversees our Accounting/Finance, Analytics/Reporting, Billing and Payroll Teams. He is an experienced healthcare Financial Executive with over 25 years of expertise at large hospital-based systems.  He possesses a unique understanding of healthcare enterprise technologies and has led the design, implementation, and integration of multiple complex clinical platforms with healthcare financial systems.

Glenn comes to CFTC from C-Suite CPA Consultants, LLC. where he provided interim CFO leadership to multiple healthcare clients ranging from 250 to 2,500 employees.  Prior to that, his resume is a list of successful healthcare organizations in the Tri-State: Stamford Hospital, Yale New Haven Health – Greenwich Hospital, the UJA Federation of Hospitals of New York, including Mount Sinai Health System, Maimonides Hospital, Bronx-Lebanon Hospital and Northwell Health System.  Glenn lives with his family in Carmel, NY – a healthy commute to our Hasbrouck Heights office.

Linda Mintz

Co-Chairman

Linda’s commitment to home care is personal. “I have parents in their 80s who have protested for years that they will never go into a nursing home.” However, she believed home care could offer a better array of services and provide more innovative solutions. So, in 2014, she and Sandy Hausner purchased CareFinders with the mission to transform home care to provide better quality life for the elderly.

Previously, Linda was a prominent business advisor to companies in multiple industries, including the Home Care Business. Ms Mintz is also the managing partner at LCP Advisors, a business advisory firm that provides strategies to companies of all sizes. In a prior life, she was a corporate lawyer at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and a partner at Greenberg Traurig.  She has held investment banking and private equity positions with Citibank and Lioness Capital Partners. She is also on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Home Care Association. Linda graduated from Tulane University School of Business and earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from University of Miami.

Sanford G. Hausner

Co-Chairman and Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel

For decades, Sandy Hausner has been one of NYC’s most successful and well-known corporate lawyers. And yet, at the same time, he has always had a soft spot for the home care business. “I wanted to make a difference for those needing care,” said Sandy. “I always believed home care could be so much more; so much more dignified.”  So, in 2014, he and Linda Mintz purchased CareFinders Total Care. Besides Co-Chairman, Sandy serves as CareFinders’ Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel.

Through his legal career, Sandy has counseled domestic and international clients in over 40 countries. He has been affiliated with some of the most prestigious international law firms, helping to lead to the success of their global practices. He has advised governments, tech companies and financial institutions in a variety of privatization transactions, equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructurings.

Clinical

Irma Camaligan

Vice President of Patient Experience & Director of Nursing

A Registered Nurse, Irma worked in hospital settings until she realized “home is where people really needed to be in order to get better.” At CareFinders, Irma is responsible for establishing and maintaining the high clinical standards that are essential to delivering excellent quality patient care. She oversees our extensive staff of clinicians who are focused on developing the skills of our caregivers as well as our Private Duty Nursing Division.

“Home care took on new meaning when Irma was faced with caring for her ill mother. “I chose to bring her home, where I knew she wanted to be. I truly understand what family members go through when caring for a loved one and the impact a home health aide can make.”

Irma sat on the Board of the Home Health Services Association for over 10 years, In 2017, she was appointed to the NJ Board of Nursing by the governor.  “It is an honor to make decisions that affect patients, nurses, Certified Home Health Aides and be a voice for the home care industry”.

Regional Operational Management

James Santana

New Jersey Regional Director

With a Masters in Finance and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, James is uniquely prepared to manage our New Jersey region. Having excelled in senior level positions at Elegance Senior Living, Genesis Healthcare and more, he brings an energy and dynamic skill set to New Jersey, CareFinders’ original and still largest state. Now, as Senior Vice President, Operations, James oversees the day-to-day workings of New Jersey’s 20 different offices, helping to serve over 5000 patients every day.

John Oronzo

Connecticut Regional Director

John has spent most of his life in two things: Connecticut and Home Health Care. He has held diverse senior management positions across departments at several of the largest home care providers in the state, like Elara Caring, National Home Health Care and New England Home Care. Now, as Regional Director of Operations, Connecticut, he oversees three CareFinders offices that serve 5 counties in the Nutmeg State,

Jimme Hairston

Pennsylvania Regional Director

Our Vice President of Operations, Eastern Pennsylvania , Jimmie is the consummate Home Health Professional. She has worked in virtually every aspect of the home care business – operations, finance, compliance, administration, and HR. Jimmie cut her teeth at some of the finest Healthcare companies across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, such as Bayada, Keystone Mercy, Providence Pediatric and Personal Touch Home Health. All of which makes her the ideal Operations Manager to oversee our ever-expanding Pennsylvania family of companies.
